Leonard M Nweze is the founder and CEO of Canada Choice Immigration Inc. (CCII). The company was incorporated in the province of Ontario, Canada, and has its head office in Toronto. Leonard has been a Licensed & Registered Canadian Immigration & Citizenship Consultant since 2010. He is a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC # R416639); and he is authorized by the government of Canada to assist and represent people with respect to applications made to the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC); Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) and the Immigration & Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). Leonard keeps his professional knowledge in Canadian immigration updated through regular participation at various Continuing Professional Education Programs for immigration consultants.

Prior to his immigration consulting profession, Leonard used to work as a Canadian Employment Specialist; connecting new immigrants to Canadian employers.

Leonard was a co-founder of the African – Latvian Association or AFROLAT, a registered Non-Governmental Organisation representing and bringing together people who have African roots or feel a particular affinity with Africa. AFROLAT fundamental goal was to promote the integration into the Latvian society of those of African origin and an awareness among the general population of Latvia of African culture and values – and more widely the values of cultural and ethnic diversity.

AFROLAT Contact Person for Embassies & Foreign Diplomatic Missions in Riga, Latvia.

Coordinated high level meetings and seminars involving AFROLAT, Foreign Diplomats /Embassies and Community Agencies in Latvia. The primary goal was to discuss and implement anti-racism initiatives and projects; and to promote the integration of Africans and other foreign nationals in the Republic of Latvia and the Baltic States.
